If doesn't work still:
Crash when using the "Skins" tab Try to enable/disable anti-aliasing (FXAA Anti-Aliasing) or Uber-shaders (Use Uber-Shaders), then restart the game. You can also remove the launch options.

Yeah i've tried to do that but everytime when i put enable anti aliasing and restart IT puts back to disable and this happends to every setting and i dont know how to remove launch options
